Terms and conditions for all Fireaway offers

All Fireaway Pizzas Cayman Islands promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions supplied on the offer and the general terms and conditions below:

  • All offers are subject to availability and only available in the Cayman Islands. 
  • Each offer is standalone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  • Please mention the relevant offer or promotion when ordering. Offer cannot be used retrospectively.
  • Some offers may only be available via delivery or collection. Delivery areas and minimum delivery spending may apply. Please ask your local store for details as minimum delivery spending can differ from store to store, at the Fireaway Franchisee’s sole discretion. 
  • Exclusions may apply. Specific exclusions may differ from store to store, please see specific offer T&Cs in question.
  • Opening hours vary from store to store. 
  • In the event of out of stock items, we will do our best to offer you a like-for-like substitute. 
  • Some offers may be advertised for a limited time only. Please see specific offer T&Cs in question for further details.
  • Any personal data that we collect as part of any offer will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy. 
  • Any personal data collected by one of our independent franchisees will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Fireaway’s Franchisee’s privacy and marketing policies and practices.
  • Fireaway reserves the right to update, amend or withdraw offers at any time.
  • Fireaway’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to any offer or promotion and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Terms and conditions for specific/current promotions

Money off and percentage discount vouchers

  • Drinks, desserts, sides and any other products may be excluded from certain offers at the Fireaway’s Franchisee’s/Store’s discretion, please ask your local store for details.
  • Not available with any other offers. 
  • Minimum spend based on full-priced items in basket + admin + delivery fee.
  • Valid for a limited time and at participating stores only. 
  • Subject to availability.

Delivery and pick-up policy

Our restaurant is open Monday-Thursday from 6:30am-11:00pm, Friday from 6:30am-2:00am, Saturday from 11:00am-12:00am and Sunday from 11:00am- 10:00pm. Delivery orders must be placed no later than 30 minutes before closing time. All orders are subject to product availability.

Payment policy

Your purchase will appear as Fireaway Cayman Islands on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation

Note orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed and marked as “in progress” as they are already being made.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once processed. Refunds are at the discretion of the vendor.

If for any reason, you have concerns with your order, please write to us by the next business day after the collection of your order so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution. Refunds can be requested by filling out our contact form on the contact page. You must include the email address you used to purchase the product, as refunds will only be issued to matching email addresses and corresponding receipt numbers.
